New Spot

I have a new spot in the Mall. Ella moved her front space to the West wall and I jumped at the chance to
to be at the front of the store. I will be concentrating on architectural elements, silver and all things white.

Ella still has a little area at the front left side of my booth that she just wasn't ready to give up.
Her new booth is on the West wall near the checkout.
It is always a fruit basket turnover around ACM!

New Baby in the Family

The Davis's have a new addition to the tree.

Ruby Elizabeth. She was born on January 27th at 1:42 pm. She was 19 1/2 inches long and weighed 6 lbs and 9 oz. She is so beautiful.

Proud Papa John. Very first grand-daughter.

She is so very sweet. So good she got her looks from her Nana and Grand Martha.

She is surrounded by her loving and beautiful family.

Antique Week -Texas

Ella and I just came back from Antique Week in the Round Top/Warrenton area of Texas. The weather was so hot we thought we would melt or pass out at times.
We saw letters everywhere and Ella bought a few.
It was inspiring to see some of the awesome displays.
We bought these folding metal shelves.
My very favorite purchases were the architectural pieces that I found. Architectural elements are becoming a rare find these days, so it was a good find.

Dallas Home Market

I want to share with you a few displays that caught my eye at the most recent Dallas Home & Gift Market. Every showroom doesn't knock your socks off, but there are some that get your attention.

In a good way.

Neutrals and naturals were a theme I noticed in the best displays.

Birds are still everywhere. This made Ella happy...

Shiny and new looking was not what I was seeing, but old and textures of all kinds.

And of course it is never to early to think about Christmas!!
